60th Male Card

Hi!

So I got a last minute request for a 'department' card from my other half for someone at his work who is turning 60... The brief: Monster Red Ducati Motorbike - well at least it was something to go on!

As I was in a bit of a hurry, I didn't do progress photos, but it's all pretty self explanatory really... A quick google search for a picture I could borrow (no commercial gain, personal use only!), some red and black card, an Xcut embossing folder, a couple of die-cut numbers and a few circle die-cuts later...

The 'Mark' personalisation is from a real old Dymo labelling machine that the Altenew (Craftwork Cards do these as well) Label Love stamps are designed to mimic.

My quick tip would be to not discount an embossing folder like the A6 Xcut one I used on this, I simply matched the pattern as best I could across the middle of my card and then added a card strip to cover the join.

Hi! Gorjuss Girl 3D Decoupage

Hi, So in my continuing mission to use up things sitting in my crafty stash, I have been trying to use up all of my 3D decoupage. Anyone who has tried this, knows that the most time consuming part is assembling all the pieces, especially if, like me, you obsessively snip any little pips off from where it was attached to the carrier sheet and then shape each piece before ticking it all together! So, I have been sitting with a little tray in the evenings when watching TV with the family, popping out the decoupage and assembling it. Then, I can have a big session making up the cards during the day when the kids are at school! Stamps By Me different Colouring Techniques and 8 cards!

Hi, For those who have been reading my blog recently, you might remember that I have been trying to use all my 'un-inked' stamps, because as we all know, buying and using craft supplies are two different hobbies right? 😂 Today I am sharing a bunch of cards using various Stamps By Me stamp sets, most of them have been Create and Craft members free gift stamps at some point, so I imagine a lot of people out there will have them.
